No internet? Try the following steps




Dear Kliq Customers,

If you find your internet is not working try the following steps:

1. Restart your WiFi router
2. Make sure that the Power over Ethernet box (looks similar to a laptop charger brick) does have power. Still not sure what it is? Follow the cable coming from the Kliq device on your roof to the PoE.
3. If the device does have power, unplug the cable coming from your roof to the PoE and plug it in again.
4. Make sure there are no obstructions infront of the Kliq device EG. A bus, new trees' , cranes, trucks, etc. This will severely effect your performance.
